- Reading books develops stronger analytical skills (necessary skills for writers).

But, you might ask, how do I fit reading into my increasingly busy life?
Three tips:
1. Read every day. Make it a habit.
I read for 30 minutes every night. It’s part of my routine and has been for as long as I can remember. Fit it into your day in a way that works for you.
2. Start with 15 minutes per day and grow it to 30 minutes.
If reading isn’t part of your daily routine start with a manageable time frame so you set yourself up for success.
3. Listen
Pop in your AirPods whole you’re cooking, walking, doing laundry, or any house chore that allows you to listen with focus.
